Coverage details
Eligible scenarios
This guarantee provides robust coverage against merchant-side failures. We guarantee a full refund if the merchant refuses or is unable to provide the goods, fails to perform services as described, or commits a material breach regarding the voucher’s promised value.
What is not covered
To maintain a fair ecosystem, the money-back guarantee does not cover a cardholder’s change of mind after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, disputes over subjective quality, or transactions conducted outside the bartizan network.
How to claim
Submission process
Contact bartizan support within the applicable claim period. Provide your transaction ID, the merchant’s name, and a clear reason for the claim. Because we maintain direct oversight of the funds until service delivery is confirmed, we aim to provide faster resolution timelines than traditional banking disputes.
Terms & conditions
Time limits
The claim period extends for 30 days following the transaction date or the voucher’s expiration, whichever comes later. To be eligible for a full refund, the digital voucher must remain unredeemed in our systems. Once validated by the merchant, the funds are settled and the transaction is final.
