Acceptance of terms
Welcome to bartizan. We operate a closed-loop voucher platform that connects customers with participating merchants. By accessing or using our services, you are entering into a binding agreement governed by these Terms.
Platform roles
Our model is designed to be simple and transparent. Customers purchase digital vouchers through the bartizan platform for specific goods or services offered by participating merchants. Merchants accept these vouchers as full payment. bartizan acts strictly as the facilitator, processing the initial payment and issuing the secure digital voucher.
User responsibilities
Eligibility and security
To use the bartizan platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited activities
When using the bartizan platform, you agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities. You may not attempt to bypass our security measures, reverse engineer the platform, or use automated scrapers/bots. Any breach may result in immediate account termination.
Limitations of liability
Merchant performance
Participating merchants are independent third parties. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of the goods and services provided by merchants. Any claim regarding merchant services is subject to the limitation of liability outlined in this agreement.
Platform liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bartizan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Your use of the platform requires your agreement to complete indemnification of bartizan against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to bartizan for the specific voucher in dispute.
Dispute resolution
Payment vs. product disputes
If you have an issue with the billing, voucher issuance, or a technical failure on our platform, bartizan will investigate and resolve the issue. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the goods or services provided by the merchant, you must resolve this directly with the merchant.
Governing law
This binding agreement and any disputes arising from it will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bartizan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
