Refund eligibility

Standard cooling-off

bartizan is committed to a fair, transparent refund process. You may request a refund for an unredeemed voucher within the standard refund window of 30 days following the purchase date, provided the merchant’s specific terms do not state otherwise. All purchases made within this period are considered eligible transactions if the voucher remains strictly unredeemed.

Defective or damaged goods

If you receive goods that are defective or damaged upon receipt, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. You must provide evidence of the damage to bartizan or the merchant within 48 hours of receipt.

Refund process

Initiating a request

Log in to your bartizan account, navigate to your purchase history, and select the “Request Refund” option for eligible transactions. Provide the requested details, including the reason and any supporting evidence.

Timeline and mechanics

Once submitted, our team will review the request. The standard processing time is 2–3 business days. If approved, funds will be routed strictly back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the credit to appear.

Exceptions

Non-refundable scenarios

We cannot issue refunds for vouchers that have already been fully redeemed and validated by the merchant, services that have been rendered in full to a satisfactory standard, or change-of-mind requests submitted after the refund window has expired.

Disputes

If your refund request is denied and you believe this decision is incorrect, you may appeal the decision within 14 days. Please reply to the denial email with additional context or evidence to initiate further review.
